We are an online retailer and do not operate a walk-in storefront at this address.
Email is the fastest way to reach us. A person reads every message and replies, usually the same day and always within one business day.

Before you get in touch
If you're asking about an order, including your order number helps us answer in one reply instead of three. If something arrived damaged or wrong, a couple of photos of the item and the packaging usually lets us resolve it immediately.
If something has gone wrong
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can almost always sort the problem out faster and more completely than a chargeback will, and we would much rather fix it directly.
Response times
We answer email Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday are answered on the next business day.
We do not currently offer phone support. Email keeps a written record of what was agreed, which protects both of us, and it means your question reaches someone who can actually resolve it rather than someone reading from a script.
