Before you write
A few things you may be able to answer faster yourself:
- Where is my order? Delivery is estimated at 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
- I want to return something. See our Refund Policy — you have 60 days from delivery.
- Shipping costs. Orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 are a flat $6.99. See our Shipping Policy.
